Contract Research

The team of RHP-Technology has well-grounded experience in hot pressing and sintering. Our in-house technology consisting of three different hot pressing machines (conventinal heated, inductive heated, direct heated), several sintering furnaces and extensive experience in material development is an excellent basis supporting ideas from R&D, proof of concept, prototyping to small and medium series production. As an internationl demonstration center for hot pressing technologies RHP-Technology is currently exploring rapid singlesegment sinter pressing as an innovative (RSP) technology, also for manufacturing temperatures above 1,000° C.

Feasability studies

We offer individual state of the art research and feasability studies for your future materials and applications addressing your specific requests. Our scientists support your R&D team with our specific know-how to create well based knowledge for your decisions to be taken on future materials and technologies.

 


Technology and Process Development

Besides R&D on new materials, rapid and conventional hot pressing as well as sintering processes and technologies, joining materials by brazing (e.g. ceramics to metals), soldering or diffusion bonding is also within the field of our research topics. We offer process and technology development implementing our experience into your applications and processes. 


Technology Transfer

Optimizing and further developing your specific processes typically also involves a technology transfer to your company. We are also open about selling our own developments, materials or technologies if they may increase your productivity, the performance or your applications or expand your product range.
